North Augusta, SC—A celebration of life service for Mrs. Sherry Shoemaker Krepps age 69 will be held 11:00 AM Saturday October 2, 2021 at Grace Covenant Church of God, New Ellenton, SC. Pastor Edgar N. Foster, Sr. will officiate. A private interment will take place at a later date. Mrs. Krepps was married for 30 years to the late Mr. Rodney “Butch” Stephen Krepps, Sr. and was a daughter of the late Mr. Bill Shoemaker and the late Mrs. Frances Rachel Whittle. Mrs. Krepps attended Grace Covenant Church of God. Her hobbies included shopping, gardening, and cooking. She had been employed by the Aiken County School District at North Augusta High School. Survivors include two sons, Rodney Stephen (AnnaLiza) Krepps, Jr., North Augusta, and Keith Lamar Krepps, North Augusta; one daughter, Sarina Irene Lewis, North Augusta; one sister, Paulette (Kenneth) James, Keysville, GA; five grandchildren, Amber Michelle Krepps, Rachel Krepps (Shane) Cole, Allison Krepps, Patrick Faircloth, and Jarius Cunningham; two great grandchildren, Ares Stephen Krepps, and Jaden Benjamin Nena; and a special friend David Tucker, North Augusta. Mrs. Krepps was predeceased by one daughter, Michelle Irene Krepps and one brother, J.P. Knox. Pallbearers will be Danny Middleswarth, Dalton James, Dylan James, Shane Cole, and Tommy Cook. A visitation with the family will take place 6-8 pm Friday October 1, 2021 at the funeral home. Due to the pandemic the family suggests that masks by worn and social distancing be observed for the visitation and funeral. The funeral will be live streamed on the Cole Funeral Home Facebook page.
