Mr. David Ardell Williams
Warrenville, SC—A celebration of life service for Mr. David Ardell Williams, age 49, will be held 1:00 pm Saturday January 30, 2021 at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Terry Taylor officiating. Mr. Williams was a native of Aiken and had made the Aiken area his home his whole life. He was the son of the late Kenneth Ardell Williams and the late Betty Jean Hathaway Sheppard. Mr. Williams was a member of the Light House Tabernacle Church in Bath. He was a professional truck driver for over 20 years. Mr. Williams was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He also enjoyed billiards, movies, computers, and music. Survivors include: one daughter Ashley Hope Spires, Grovetown; two brothers Harris “Bubba” Linder, Augusta and Kenneth Walker Baker, Jr., WI; and three sisters Jean Kerrigan, Aiken, Catherine Peterson, WI, and Dianne “DeeDee” Prickett, Hephzibah. A visitation with the family will take place one hour prior to the service at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PKWY (118 BYPASS) AIKEN, SC 29801 803-648-7175. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association PO Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023 or to his daughter Ashley Hope Spires.
