Aiken, SC--A celebration of life service for Mr. Tyler Ryan Rourk age 22, will be held 4:00 pm Thursday October 11, 2018 at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marcella Smiley officiating. Interment will be held privately at a later date.  Tyler entered into rest Friday October 5, 2018 at his residence. He was a native of Key West, Florida and had made Aiken County his home for most of his life. Tyler was the  son of Mrs. Kim Mizell Sawyer of Aiken,  and the late Mr. Perry Michael Rourk.  Tyler was employed with the Aiken County Farm Supply, Aiken and was a member of Cedar Creek Church, Banks Mill Road Campus.  He loved to Fish and Hunt and was an avid Carolina Gamecock fan.  Additional survivors include his sisters, Brittany (John Bailey) Rourk, Aiken, Taylor Sawyer, Aiken, Savannah Sawyer, Aiken;  maternal grandparents, Betty Phillips, Batesburg, Donald Mizell, Aiken; maternal grandmother, Connie Shiffner, Aiken; paternal grandmother, Kathryn Rourk, Aiken; his step father, Randy Snell, Aiken; and several nieces and nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles.  Tyler was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, William Marion Rourk.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources Support at 1000 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC 29201 or at www.webmaster@dnr.sc.gov.  A visitation with the family will take place 6-8 pm Wednesday October 10, 2018 at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN, SC, 29801. 803-648-7175.
