Aiken, SC---Entered into rest Sunday September 2, 2018, Mrs. Sara "Kay" Miller Vinson age 78.  Services and burial will be held privately at a later date. Mrs. Vinson was the wife of the late Mr. Billy Ross Vinson and a daughter of the late Mr. William Lawrence Miller, Sr. and the late Mrs. Elphena Carraway Miller.  Mrs. Vinson was a born in Georgetown, SC and had made Aiken, SC her home for the past 2 years after moving from Sumter, SC.  She had retired from Tuomey Hospital in Sumter after over 15 years of service as a Register Nurse.  Mrs. Vinson also worked at  Sumter Rehab and Nursing Home for several years and finished her nursing career at the a Home Health Agency in Sumter.  Mrs. Vinson was a member of Dalzell Baptist Church where she served as organist for several years.  Survivors include her only daughter and grandson, both of Aiken.  She was also predeceased by one brother, William Lawrence Miller, Jr. COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN, SC, 29801. 803-648-7175.
