Mr. Randy Seigler

Aiken, SC—A celebration of life service will be held for Mr. Randy Leland Seigler age 78, at 11:00 am Friday August 18, 2023, at Redd’s Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Brad Willis officiating. Mr. Seigler entered into rest Wednesday August 16, 2023, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. He was the beloved husband of the late Mrs. Janie “Cookie” Thomas Seigler and the son to the late Mr. Leland Alexander Seigler and the late Mrs. Minnie Sue Taylor Seigler. Mr. Seigler was born in Luling, TX, but had made Aiken his home for the last 49 years. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Redd’s Branch Baptist Church. He worked along side Top Gunter for five years as a plumber. He also worked in maintenance for Clarient in Allendale, SC for 50 years, retiring in 2010. He loved fishing, hunting, coaching, and umpiring local softball. Mr. Seigler also played for the Tennessee Volunteers Football team from 1963-1964. Survivors include: two daughters Missy (Chris) McGee, Aiken, and Randi (Louie) Borja, Woodstock, GA; two sisters Debbie (Joe) Quattlebaum, Wagener, and Pam (Randy) Kitchings, Wagener; three grandchildren Kyler Borja, Bryson Borja, and Makenzie McGee; and one dog Oakley. Interment will follow at Redd’s Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be made to Redd’s Branch Baptist Church 390 Redds Branch Rd Aiken, SC 29801.
