Aiken, SC—A celebration of life service for Phillip Lee Kinard, age 32, will be held at Cole Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday April 17, 2021at 1:30 PM with Rev. Wesley Kinard officiating. Mr. Kinard was the son of Ms. Wendy Lee Wells Kinard. He was a native of Clarksville, TN, and had made Aiken his home for most of his life. He attended Calvary Chapel in Lexington where he was part of the U Turn For Christ Program. Mr. Kinard was known for his love of fishing, cooking, eating spicy food, and Taylor Swift. He was a great and loving uncle to his niece and nephew and enjoyed spending time playing with them. Additional survivors include: two brothers: Wesley (Meagan) Kinard, Aiken, and Brandon (Sydney) Kinard, West Columbia; one sister Samantha Kinard, Hephzibah; his future wife Skylan Grandle; one nephew Asher Kinard; one niece Leighton Kinard; one great grandmother Ellen Wells, NY; one grandmother Mary Fowler, Graniteville; his dog Fatboy; his father Phillip Kinard, Sr., Aiken; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family would like to extend their thanks to U Turn For Christ for assisting Mr. Kinard with his sobriety. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to U Turn For Christ 1156 Barr Rd, Lexington, SC 29072.
