Mrs. Louise Bell Basnight

Summerville SC—A celebration of life service for Mrs. Louise Bell Basnight, age 68 will be held 11:00 am Saturday, July 19, 2014 at COLE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL with Rev. Mike Catoe officiating. Interment will follow in Central Baptist Church Cemetery, Aiken.

Mrs. Basnight was  the daughter of  Mrs. Mattie Bonnett Bell of Aiken, and the late Mr. James Davis Bell. She was a native of Aiken County, and had made Summerville SC her home for the past 35 years.  She  held a bachelors degree in accounting, and was a retired Book Keeper, and of the Baptist faith.

Additional survivors include two sons, Joseph Wayne (Nanette) Bennett, Jr., Canady, SC, James Charles Bennett, Ravenel, SC; one daughter, Elaine Daniell (John) Hurt, Summerville, SC; three sisters; Janice Mock, Walterboro. SC, Peggy Aycock, Columbia, SC, Patsy Saunders, Aiken, SC; nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild.  Mrs. Basnight was predeceased by one brother, James Allen “Pat” Bell.
