Ms. Lois Duncan

Aiken, SC—A celebration of life service for Ms. Lois Ann Duncan, age 61, will be held 3:00 pm Saturday August 13, 2022, at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brancie Stephens officiating. Ms. Duncan entered into rest Wednesday August 3, 2022 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. She was the wife of Mr. Wayne Steele for 20 years and the daughter of the late Mr. L.V. Duncan and the late Mrs. Kate Mae Collins. Ms. Duncan was a native and life-long resident of Aiken. She was of the Baptist faith. Ms. Duncan loved to shoot pool, fishing, camping, the outdoors, cooking, playing cards, and listening to Rod Stewart. Most of all, she loved her family and spending time with her grand and great grandchildren. Additional survivors include: one daughter Jennifer DeLoach, Aiken; two step-sons Lester Steele, North Augusta, and Kirby Steel, North Augusta; two step-daughters Felicia Hodges, Aiken, and Kayla Steele, Aiken; three sisters Katheline (Mike) Kelsey, Belvedere, Betty Ann (Bobby) Phillips, Elgin, and Joyce Brasher, AL; one sister-in-law Dale Duncan, North Augusta; five grandchildren Colton, Evan, Tearren, Kayle, and Gracelyn DeLoach; and one great grandchild Carson DeLoach. Ms. Duncan was preceded in death by: four brothers Daniel, Robert, Alvin, and Jerry Duncan; and four sisters Janice Tager, Mary Ann Byers; Margaret Mitchum, and Judy Mizelle.
