Lewis “Bob” Robert Harrell

North Augusta, SC—Mr. Lewis “Bob” Robert Harrell, age 81, entered into rest on Wednesday July 29, 2026, at his residence. He was the beloved husband of Mrs. Dianne Payne Harrell and the son to the late Mr. Thomas Ellis Harrell and the late Mrs. Helen Thigpen Harrell. Mr. Harrell was a born in Millen, GA, but had made North Augusta his home for the last 40 years. He was a Christian and a member of TrueNorth Church. Mr. Harrell served in the United States Airforce. He was also a hog farmer, and owner of Harrell Hog Farm in Mitchell, GA. His passions were farming, hunting, and sports. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan. Mr. Harrell was involved in all sports, coaching his kids in baseball, basketball, and football. He watched every sporting event his sons and his grandchildren were a part of. They were his pride and joy. He was loved by his family and will be deeply missed. Additional survivors include: three sons Bob Jr., North Augusta, Tony (Casey) Harrell, North Augusta, and Andrew (Alana) Harrell, North Augusta; nine grandchildren Dalton, Stella, Anthony, Austin, Tanner, Grace, Avery, Kristin, and Stephen Harrell; and one great grandchild Elizabeth Harrell. Mr. Harrell was preceded in death by one son Thomas Howard Harrell. A private service with the family will take place at a later date.
