Ms. Judith Ann Howe Divers
Aiken, SC— A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April
13, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Breezy Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Philip
Napier officiating. Ms. Judith Ann Divers, age 81, went home to be with
the Lord on March 24, 2024 at Aiken Rehab and Care Center (formerly
Pepper Hill). She was born in Burlington, Iowa to the late Mr. Sherman
J. Howe and Mrs. Lucille M. (Torn) Howe.
She was a loving and devoted Mother, Grandmother, and Great
Grandmother. She spent her life taking care of the people who meant the
most to her. She was a kind and giving woman with a heart for others.
Judith enjoyed reading, watching Western movies, especially those with
John Wayne, and her family above all else.
Survivors include: Son, Kirk Garrison; Daughter, Jodi Dyess and Fiance
Kelly Schlagel; Grand-children: Casandera Newcomb (husband Roger),
Jacob Dyess, Micah Cook, and William and Levi Schlagel. Great-
Grandchildren: Raelynne Grace Newcomb, Elyjah Moore, and Isayah
Moore. And several nieces and nephews from her sister, who she loved
greatly.
She was predeceased by her Mother, Lucille Howe; her Father, Sherman
Howe; and her sister, Nancy Mueller.
