John Richard Strack

Aiken, SC – Entered into rest Wednesday March 13, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Strack was born in New York, New York and had made Aiken his home for the last 29 years. He was the son of the late Mr. John Strack and the late Mary McKenna Strack. Mr. Strack had owned his own business, QuadShot Media, where he would take care of book layouts, graphic design, and photography. He had a great interest in media, especially from the technology standpoint. One of his favorite hobbies was reading, with one of his favorite authors being Bob Woodward. Mr. Strack was also a member of the Aiken Democratic Party. He also served in the U.S. Army and was in Vietnam for a year. Survivors include one son, Jeremiah (Katharine) Strack, Rockville, MD and one sister, Carol Ann Strack, New York, NY. Services will take place at a later date in New York.
