Windsor, SC--A celebration of life service for Mr. John Andrew Allen, age 50 will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday August 22, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Windsor with Rev. Wesley Kinard and Rev. Jason Williams officiating.  Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.  Mr. Allen entered into rest at his residence Friday August 18, 2017.  He was a native and a life long resident of Aiken County and was the beloved husband of 28 years to Mrs. Kimberly Moon Allen and a son of Mrs. Pauline Widener Allen and Mr. Leonard Keith Allen of Windsor.  Mr. Allen was a 1984 graduate of North Augusta High School and had worked for the City of Aiken with 25 years service as a water operator.  He was a loving husband, father, and son.  Additional survivors include two daughters, Alyssa Allen, Windsor, Maggie Danielle McCrackin, Gilbert; one sister, Donna Erbe, Myrtle Beach; two grandchildren, Tyler Woody McCracken and Anns Lee Summer McCracken, Gilbert.  Mr. Allen was predeceased by one brother, Steven Keith Allen, one sister, Leigh Ann Woodward.  In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorials be made.  Pallbearers will be Gary Moon, Randy Moon, Steve Jones, Gary Moon, II, Billy Moon, Jeremy Moon, Matthew Moon, and Brandon Moon.  A visitation with the family will take place 6-8 pm  Monday August 21, 2017 at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN SC, 29801. 803-648-7175.
