Mrs. Jessie Carver Goldman
A celebration of life service for Mrs. Jessie Carver Goldman age 93 will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday July 27, 2021 at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Catoe officiating. Interment will follow in Central Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Goldman was the beloved wife of the late Mr. Bob Goldman and a daughter of the late Mr. Garnet Carver and the late Mrs. Claudia Sanders Carver. She was a native and a life long resident of Aiken County. Mr. and Mrs. Goldman was the joint owners and operators of the Airport Stop and Shop from 1976 to 1984, the Two B. Hardware Store from 1984-1988, They then went on and developed Goldman's Distributers which consisted of three business's, Fincher's Auction Barn, Goldman's Tire and Auto, and Goldman's Fish and Game from 1988-2004. Mrs. Goldman was a member of Central Baptist Church, Aiken, SC where she was a member of the Ladies Sunday School Class. Her hobbies included Bowling in her younger days, and she enjoyed cooking, sewing and most of all her family. Survivors include one son, Frankie (Patty) Goldman, Aiken; two daughters, Wendy (Rick) Hallman, Aiken; Kay (Dan) Beauchamp, Aiken; one brother, Glenn Carver, Langley; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Mrs. Goldman was predeceased by one daughter, Barbara Dianne Goldman, one grandson, Jaimie Beauchamp, two brothers, G.C. and Levon Goldman, one sister, Mary Key. Pallbearers will be Chad Copeland, Ricky Hallman, Chris Hallman, Robbie Goldman, Jeffery Goldman, and Bailey Goldman. The family would like to express a heart filled thank you to Mrs. Goldman's care giver Beth Rogers and to Encompass Hospice, Aiken for all the care and compassion they gave our mom. In Lieu of flowers the family ask that memorials be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-9959. A visitation with the family will take place starting at 1:00 pm until time of service Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN, SC, 29801.
