Gregory ”Greg”  Marvin

Monetta, SC—Gregory “Greg” Pittman Marvin, age 67, entered into rest at his residence on Wednesday,  May 27, 2020. He was the husband of Elizabeth Smith and the son of the late Charles Herbert Marvin Jr. and the late Carolyn Pittman Marvin. Mr. Marvin was born in Aiken native. He loved horses, water sports, playing golf, soccer,  his Harley motorcycle, and playing music, his talent was the Perusion Intruments. He also enjoyed the many animals at his home. Additional survivors include: one daughter Lisa (Richard) Schumpert, Gilbert, SC; step son,, David (Becky) Prior, New Holland; an adopted daughter, Tina (Keith)  Nunn, Florida; one brother James Charles (Margaret) Marvin, Aiken; two sisters Beth (Raleigh) Daniel, Aiken, and Cissy (Jim) Bankhead, Spartanburg, SC; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers Steve Talbert and Charles Marvin III. A gathering of family and friends will be held 3:00 pm Wednesday June 3, 2020 at Bethany Cemetery.
