Gail Gross Nighswonger

Aiken, SC -- Gail Gross Nighswonger, 57, a former resident of Fowler, IN, died on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. She lived in Aiken SC.

Born August 26, 1961, to Frank and Delores Gross, she grew up in Fowler and graduated from Benton Central High School in 1979.

She married Jeffery Nighswonger on July 27, 1985, in Pompano Beach FL.  She participated in several Christian outreach programs with The Way International and continued to be a faithful follower of The Way—the Lord Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her devoted husband, two beloved sons, Jesse and Justin Nighswonger of Atlanta GA, mother Delores Gross of Fowler, two sisters, Debbie Gross Binkley (husband Kenny) of New Knoxville OH, and Linda Gross Nighswonger (husband Mark) of Windsor SC, two brothers, Gary Gross of Tinley Park IL, and Jeffrey Gross of Fowler, several nieces and nephews, one great niece, and many wonderful cousins.

Gail loved God and His Word.  She was as selfless as they come, a very loving and giving person. Many were touched in some way by the example of her life.  She was a true fighter, one to never give up.  She will be sorely missed by many and she is awaiting the return of our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
