Mrs. Frances Kathleen Heath Frandsen
Entered into rest Sunday July 5, 2020 at Brookside, Stone Mountain,
GA. Mrs. Frances Kathleen Heath Frandsen, also affectionately
known as Kitty, was 92. Frances was the wife of the late Mr. Howard
Andrew Frandsen and a daughter of the late Mr. Artie Heath and the
late Mrs. Melvie Toole Heath. She was born in Aiken and had made
Stone Mountain and Decatur GA her home for the past 51 years.
Frances was a 1935 graduate of Aiken High School and obtained her
CNA degree from Dekalb College, Decatur, GA. She loved to read,
cook, and work in her yard. Her grandchildren were the love of her
life. Survivors include one daughter, Karen Harper (Gene), Stone
Mountain, GA; one son Eric Frandsen, Duluth, GA; 4 grandchildren,
Amanda Frandsen, Elizabeth, Katherine, and Andrew Harper.
Frances was predeceased by one grandson, Adam Frandsen, her two
brothers Geddings and James Heath, and four sisters, Pearle
Timmerman, Ruby Wennerburg, Jessie Marks, Etta Heath. The family
is very grateful to her nurse Seidy Seid who provided outstanding
care and love to Frances during her final years of life. In lieu of
flowers the family has suggested that memorials be made to Talatha
Baptist Church 361 Talatha Church Road, Aiken, SC 29803. Due to
the Covid19 situation the family has elected to have a private Family
Graveside Service this Saturday July 11, 2020 at Talatha Baptist
Church Cemetery with Pastor Brad Willis officiating. Social
