Anderson, SC—A celebration of life service for Mr. Ernest Levi Scott age 74 will be held 3:00 pm Sunday December 27, 2020 at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Howard officiating.  Interment will follow in the Scott/Herron Family Cemetery in Aiken, SC.  Mr. Scott passed on to glory on Wednesday December 23, 2020 at his residence in Anderson, SC.  He was the son of the late Mr. Albert Lee Scott and the late Mrs. Pansy Mae Gibson Scott.  He was a native of Aiken County SC and had made Anderson, SC his home for the past 50 years.  Mr. Scott was the Owner and Operator of Ernest Scott’s Transmission Service in Anderson, SC since 1979.  He enjoyed Golf, Fishing and Bowling.  He also enjoyed NASCAR Racing and his driver was Chase Elliott, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs on TV.  Mr. Scott was of the Baptist Faith.  Survivors include one daughter, Rhonda Scott (Lennon) Warren, Anderson, SC; two sons, Kevin Randell Scott and Joey Lee Scott both of Anderson, SC; one brother, Chris Scott, Anderson, SC and one sister, Celia Johnson, Anderson, SC; one grandson, Matthew Warren, Anderson, SC. Mr. Scott was predeceased by one brother, Lloyd Scott.   Pallbearers will be Kevin Scott, Joey Scott, Lennon Warren, Matthew Warren, Deron Johnson, and Ron Lowe.  In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that memorials be made to Hospice of the Upstate, http://donationtown.org/charity/hospice-upstate.html or to P.A.W.S.
