Mrs. Dorothy Gentry Voiselle

Warrenville, SC—A celebration of life service for Mrs. Dorothy Gentry Voiselle, age 89, will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September, 10, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Alexander Daszewski officiating.  Mrs. Voiselle entered into rest on August 30, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was the beloved wife of the late Mr. Carlton Eugene Voiselle and the daughter to the late Mr. John Thomas Gentry and the late Mrs. Harriett Rowe Gentry. Mrs. Dorothy Voiselle was a member at Southside Baptist Church in Warrenville, Sc.  She worked at the Greenwood Mills, the Ninety-Six plant #7, for 30 years as a spinner instructor, where she retired in 1993.  Mrs. Dorothy Voiselle loved shopping, eating out, especially at her favorite restaurant Cracker Barrel, and going to the mountains. Survivors include: two sons, Kenneth (Jama) Voiselle, Myakka City, FL and John Carl (Doris) Voiselle, Stanley, NC; one daughter, Judith (Bill) Goode, Warrenville, SC; one sister, Charlene Edwards, Lockhart, AL; four grandchildren, Jason Voiselle, Austin, TX, Crystal Perry, Trenton, SC, Leslie Kennedy, Graniteville, SC, Julie Voiselle, Saluda, SC; ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild on the way.  She was predeceased by two sisters, Frances Bradberry and Grace Truett.
