Aiken, SC—A celebration of life service for Mr. Donald B. Mizell age 71 will be held today, Friday June 14, 2019 at the DAV on Columbia Hwy North, Aiken, SC.  A private burial will take place at later date.  Mr. Mizell was born in St. George, SC and had made Aiken County his home for the past 52 years.  He was the son of the late Mr. Thomas Mizell and the late Mrs. Marion Heaton Mizell.  Mr. Mizell retired in 2014 after 25 years of service a welder with KAL Construction in Augusta, GA.  His enjoyment and past time was fishing.   Survivors include one daughter Kim Sawyer, Aiken; two sons, Donald Ellis Mizell, Aiken, Bengie Cleve (Kim) Whittle, Aiken; three sisters, Ann Rains, Lake Murray, Faye Riley Ridgeville, Mel Murdock, Murrells Inlet; thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  Mr. Mizell was predeceased by one brother, Thomas Mizell.    COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN, SC. 29801. 803-648-7175.
