Mr. Danny Jay Osbon

Aiken, SC--Entered into rest Sunday October 18, 2026 at AU Medical Center Wellstar (MCG) Augusta, GA, Mr. Danny Jay Osbon age 65. He was the son of the late Mr. Arthur J. Osbon, Jr., and the late Mrs. Martha Ann Osbon Brantley. Danny was a life long resident of Aiken County. He will be fondly remembered for his love of the Lord and Savior, his musical and artistic talents, and his ability to quote Scripture. He loved playing the piano, singing old hymns, and listening the Gaithers. More often than not, if you were on the phone with Danny, you could hear them singing in the background. Danny was a master  at painting the interior of a house and skilled at doing home renovations.  His many talents will not be forgotten, most importantly his desire to see those around him know our God and Savior on a personal level will always live on within the lives of those he touched and witnessed to. He is survived by his wife, Jessica Ann Porter Osbon; his daughter, Holly Osbon Ricketson (Kavi); his sons, Michael R. New (Megan) and Jackson Osbon; his siblings, Arthur J. Osbon (Judy), Everett Lee Osbon, and Cynthia Waldmann (Guido). He also leaves behind several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Danny was  also preceded in death by his son Phillip Jay Osbon, a brother, Gary W. Osbon and his loving sister-in-law, Donna Kay Osbon.
