Mrs. Carolyn Farr Cato

Aiken, SC—Mrs. Carolyn F. Cato, age 86, entered into rest peacefully on Tuesday November 24, 2020, surrounded by her family at her residence. She was the beloved wife of the late Benjamin Cato and the daughter of the late John Farr and the late Florene Landrum. Mrs. Cato was a native of Fayetteville, GA, and had made Aiken her home for the last 25 years. She was a Christian and attended Sandy Creek Baptist Church. During her free time, Mrs. Cato would do word search puzzles. Survivors include: one son Charles Boehne, Aiken; three daughters Sandy Boehne, Aiken, Linda (Richard) Stephens, Newnan, GA, and Sherry (Thomas) Oglesby, Aiken; one brother James Farr, Cleveland, TN; and one grandson Thomas Oglesby, Senoia, GA. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Amber Nichole Oglesby. A private service with the family will take place at a later date.
