Bridger Holds The Enemy

Aiken, SC—A celebration of life service for Mr. Bridger Holds The Enemy, will be held 3:00 pm on Thursday May 28, 2026, at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Joshua Keaton and Mr. J.D. Grubbs officiating. Bridger entered into rest on Tuesday May 19, 2026. He was the beloved husband to Mrs. Elisha Sanders Holds The Enemy and a son to Mrs. Dana Bartlett and the late Mr. Keith Bartlett. Bridger was born in Billings, MT, but had made the Aiken area his home since 2023. He was a member of the Native American Crow Tribe. He was a faithful member of True North Church. Bridger enjoyed going on nature hikes, long car rides with his wife, going out to eat, and watching movies. He could quote any part of any movie at any time. He also loved football and watched the Carolina Tarheels and the Tennessee Titans. Additionally, Bridger loved listening to a variety of music, going to comedy shows, and reading self help books. His passion was cooking. Bridger was a chef at numerous different restaurants, and was very creative in the kitchen. He enjoyed coming up with different unique food combinations. He was a funny man and always had a smile on his face. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was loved and will be deeply missed. Additional survivors include: two step sons Connor Sanders and Kameron Griffin; two step daughters Makayla Sanders and Isabelle Sanders; two brothers Christian Wallowing Bull, MT, and Conroy Holds The Enemy, MT; four sisters Donna Wallowing Bull, MT, Donna Wilson, MT, Raedawn Ten Bear, MT, and Tara McCurdy, MT; a friend that was like his brother Edward Haney, MT; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will take place one hour prior to service at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PKWY (118 BYPASS) AIKEN, SC 29801 803-648-7175.
