Mrs. Betty Stewart Stallings

Aiken—Entered into rest at her residence Saturday August 17, 2013 Mrs. Betty Stewart Stallings age 75 beloved wife of the late Mr. Charles Stallings and daughter of the late Mr. Henry Stewart and Mrs. Francis Huff Stewart.

A celebration of life service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Howle officiating.  Interment will follow in Graniteville Cemetery.

Mrs. Stallings was a native and a lifelong resident of Aiken County and was a member of Whole Life Ministries in Augusta, GA.  She attended the University Parkway Church of God in Aiken.  Mrs. Stallings was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include three sons- Roy Francis (Lilie) Stewart, Saluda,  John Wayne ( Paula) Hook, Aiken, Tim (Carol) Hook, Aiken; two daughters- Elaine (Fiancé, Gregg Godfrey) Watson, Aiken, Jeanie ( Joey) Moseley, Aiken; one sister- Pearl Cantrell, Charleston; eleven grandchildren, John Hook, Jr., Henry Stewart, Monica Nichols, Tracie Fernandez, Joseph Watson, Dewayne Moseley, Jody Moseley, Lisa Reno, Casey Hook, Erica D. Hook , Micha T. Hook; eleven great grandchildren; eleven great  great  grandchildren.  Mrs. Stallings was predeceased by her first husband, Mr. Roy Francis Hook.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons,  Dewayne Moseley, Jody Moseley, Joseph Watson, Henry Stewart, Micha Hook, Casey Hook.

The family would like to express a deep gratitude of thanks to Regency Hospice for all of the compassionate care they gave their mother during her illness.
