Aiken, SC—A celebration of life gathering for Mr. Bennie Gene Rawls, age 85 will be held 2:00 pm Sunday November 30, 2025 at Cole Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Rawls entered into rest on November 20, 2025 at his home. He was the husband of the late Mrs. Elizabeth Marie Johnson Rawls and a son of the late Mr. Bryce Rawls and the late Mrs. Annie May Drawdy Rawls. Mr. Rawls was a self-employed Automotive Paint and Body Technician here in Aiken and had been for the past 60 + years. He was a member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church, Pelion, SC. His hobbies were playing pool and traveling all over. Mr. Rawls was an avid reader of books and would rather do that than watch TV. Survivors include two daughters; Sherry Rawls, Beecher, Aiken, Angie (Bob) Tice, Aiken; two brothers, Martin Rawls, Gilbert, Bobby Rawls, SC; two sisters, Annie Ruth Bodie, Gilbert, Emmie Lou Williams, North Augusta; four grandchildren, Caleb Beecher, Joshua Beecher, Jacob Beecher, and Robert Alex Tice; two great grandchildren, Wyatt Beecher and Branson Lyda.
