Samreboi, Ghana—A celebration of life service for Mrs. Beatrice Biney, age 70, will be held 10:00 am on Thursday August 27, 2026, at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Theophilus Okine officiating. Interment will follow at 12:00 pm at Graniteville Cemetery. Mrs. Biney entered into rest on Wednesdy August 19, 2026, at Wellstar MCG. She was the beloved wife to Mr. Alhaji Alhassan Osman and a daughter to Mrs. Mary Saim and the late Mr. James Biney. Mrs. Biney was born in Samreboi, Ghana, but had been visiting her family in the Aiken area for the last several months. She was a devout Christian and a member of the Wesley Methodist Church in Kumasi, Ghana. Mrs. Biney was committed to her faith, singing in the church choir, always praying, reading her Bible, and attending church. She loved cooking, gardening, farming, taking long walks, and tea time. Mrs. Biney was very kind, generous, forgiving, and was always there when she was needed. She was loved by her friends and family and will be deeply missed. Additional survivors include: three sons Farouk Alhassan, Sheffield, UK, Sarfo (Theophilia) Asiedu, Aiken, SC, and Osman (Hannah) Alhassan, CT; one sister Dora Biney; and twelve grandchildren. Mrs. Biney was preceded in death by: her daughter Hanata Darko Nimako and her brother Wofa Yaw.
