Mrs. Barbara Jane Wilkerson Roe

Couchton, SC—A visitation with the family will be held 6-8 pm Friday, June 12, 2015 at Cole Funeral Home for Mrs. Barbara Jane Wilkerson Roe age 68.

Mrs. Roe was a the beloved wife of Mr. Grady Roe and a daughter of the late Mr. Maynard Wilkerson and the late Mrs. Mae Jones Wilkerson. She was a native of Knoxville TN and had made Aiken her home for the past 19 years. Mrs. Roe had retired from the Waffle House as a cook in 2011 after 30 years of service in Tennessee, and Aiken, SC.

Additional survivors include three stepsons, Gene Roe, Aiken, Kenneth (Connie) Roe, Aiken, Wally Roe, Aiken; one stepdaughter, Lori Roe, Charleston, SC; two brothers, Edward Wilkerson, Knoxville, TN, Jerry Wilkerson, Heiskell, TN; four sisters, Shirley Russell, Knoxville, TN, Pat Bellon, Andersonville, TN, Nancy Plainsance, Knoxville, TN, and Reba Mason, Warrenville, SC. Mrs. Roe was also predeceased by one brother, J.R. Wilkerson.
